2017 Bricks to Bread Summer Benefit
On Saturday, August 12th Bricks to Bread held a private fundraiser, which ended up being our first large scale event. A very gracious and generous supporter offered to host a small private event at her lakeside home in Prior Lake. We gladly took her up on her offer and began planning a quaint and intimate evening.
Our goal? To raise money so that we can change more lives. This year we have developed exciting partnerships, which we discuss more later, but through those partnerships we identified two new families that would not only benefit from a Bricks to Bread oven, but they also have the interest in becoming entrepreneurs.
Our hard work and six months of planning paid off. We shared our passion with the 53 people in attendance of the 2017 Bricks to Bread Summer Benefit. We raised over $11,000 to begin planning our next build!
